Seemed to say he could beet my current rate of 4.43% but when i asked who with he said many banks and wanted to get all my details etc. I have some 15 propwerties and going through all of that withput some pre qualification which lender isnt helpful for my busy schedule. My current broker has tried several m]lenders so i decided best to stick with them. Good service though but i wanted a little more transperancey so we didnt waste eveyones time.
